2. Services
We offer flat-fee, deliverable-based service packages as described on our pricing page. Each package specifies its deliverables in advance. Services begin after payment is received and confirmed. Any advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads budgets) is paid directly to the relevant platform by the client and is separate from our service fees.
3. Payment & Billing
All services are billed as one-time upfront payments. Payment is due before work begins. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All charges will appear on your bank or card statement as ARKE SOLUTIONS LLC. An invoice and receipt are sent via email upon payment confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before work on your order begins. Once work has started, we deliver all agreed deliverables within the package scope at no additional cost. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, or in the event of a duplicate or erroneous charge, we will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate. See our Refund Policy for full details. Refund requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information needed for us to deliver services (such as ad account access, website credentials, or business details). Delays caused by failure to provide required access or information may extend delivery timelines without affecting our obligations under these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you (ad copy, content, reports). We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, tools, and any pre-existing materials we use in the course of providing services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and competition. We do not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of leads, traffic, or revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable law or regulation, to submit false or misleading information, or to engage in any activity that could harm our business, reputation, or other clients.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
