We charge upfront before work begins, and we stand behind every deliverable. This policy explains exactly when and how you can get a refund — no fine print designed to make you give up.
Our Billing Model
All service packages are billed as one-time, upfront payments made before work begins. Once payment is received and confirmed, we send an invoice and begin work according to the agreed package scope.
Refund Scenarios
Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel your order before we have begun any work, you are entitled to a full refund with no questions asked.
We cannot deliver the agreed scope
If we are unable to deliver the deliverables included in your package for any reason, we will issue a full or partial refund proportional to the work not completed.
Duplicate or erroneous charge
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged an incorrect amount, we will refund the excess in full immediately upon verification.
Work in progress — scope disagreement
Once work has started, we provide revisions within the agreed package scope at no additional cost until the deliverables meet the spec you approved.

Refund requests are reviewed and responded to within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer or PayPal, typically 5–10 business days.

What Is Not Refundable
- Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) — these are platform charges outside our control
- Completed deliverables where the full scope was delivered as agreed
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the service completion date, except in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges
Governing Law
